Denise Saroda is the founder of OppaliConnex Workforce Solutions and a passionate ecosystem builder dedicated to shaping a new generation of youth who can shine in an employment market that often feels uncertain and diminishing.
With experience in workforce development, community building, and faith-aligned mentorship, Denise believes in staying ahead of the curve by creating a locally rooted talent pipeline grounded in biblical principles, character development, and real-world readiness.
Her vision is simple but powerful: every young person in Orange County, NY deserves access to the tools, mentors, and opportunities they need to discover their calling and step confidently into the workforce.
